Independent evaluation of the SAPLER peer counselling programme

Learners’ perceptions

Method

Comments were elicited from 229 learners ranging from Grade 7 to Grade 12 at seven different schools where Sapler pioneers are, or have been, active. Due to end of year constraints, schools and learners were selected on a convenience basis, but represent a good cross-section of Sapler’s client group.
