A large number of learners indicated that there was nothing more they wanted to learn from the Sapler pioneer (e.g. i13g "Nothing more"; i11g "I think I have learn inough"; a46g "I think I’ve learnt enough in the previous classes"). Although these statements may reflect somewhat unrealistic self evaluations, they should also be read as ways of indicating satisfaction with the pioneer’s teaching:

c33b     "I don’t want to know nothing because what they teach me is enough"
g40g     "I don’t think there is more to learn because she taught us everything we need to know about sex"
g5b       "I am satisfied"
g12g     "I’ve learnt enough nothing I can learn more than that. Thank you"
m7g      "I think there is nothing left he taught almost everything about sex"
m5g      "I am satisfied"
m4g      "For this moment I think much has been done"

One learner found the following interesting way of expressing her satisfaction with the teaching while at the same time asking for further input:

a21g      "I think I know enough they must come again so that we do not forget"

Recommendation

Pioneers should encourage learners to think about sexuality education as an on-going engagement with lifestyle issues rather than a set body of knowledge that can be mastered once and for all.

A few learners explicitly indicated that they would like to see the pioneer more or more often (e.g. g20b "To learn about sex, HIV, STD at least 3 time a week").
